• Submit our Order Form confirming your organization's interest in utilizing our services.
• Confirmation from the organization receiving the program funding is required. This can be with a letter or e-mail.
Choose From Two Approach Processes:
1. Pre-Sell with Custom Webstore
• Pre-Sell the CDs using your own customized Secure Webstore.
• All payment processing is handled securely on Webstore via credit cards or PayPal. No money collection required.
• No Minimum Orders or Upfront Costs on Pre-Sold Orders.
• Free shipping to your organization at end of campaign.
• Samples to help sell the program may be purchased for $10 each (inclusive of courier shipment).
• Pre-Sell Order Payments are accepted by Credit Card, PayPal, or Money Order, and are due prior to shipment.
NOTE: Orders over 200 CDs will receive a $80 credit note (per 200) for Samples that have been pre-purchased.
2. Advance Ship
• Advance Ship CDs require a minimum order of at least 100 units.
• Receive attractive 60 Day Final Payment Terms.
• An Order Agreement will be sent to you outlining the program's terms and procedures.
• No Risk Return Policy: No excess inventory issues - simply return what you do not sell (we cover the shipping).
• A minimum $100 Deposit is required on Advance Ship Orders, to confirm the Order Agreement.
• Orders featuring Free Customized Liner Booklets require a minimum $250 Deposit.
• Feature and mix as many selection titles in your order as desired to comprise your total.
• Four page full-color Free Custom Liner Booklets are available on orders over 250 CD units.
• Payments are accepted by Check, Credit Card, Money Order, or PayPal.
• The CDs are packaged in durable Cardstock Digi-Packs. Double click on the Scrolling Marquee Images to view.
• Fast Delivery: Orders sent within 5 Days; Orders with Custom Liner Booklets require an additional 10 days.
• Free North American Shipping in protective 20-30 unit corrugate boxes.
Describe your organization's community needs, features, or promote your program sponsors with a Customized Liner Booklet. We will provide the required Design Template. Orders over 250 units may feature a four page Customized Full-Color Liner Booklet at No Additional Charge providing that the artwork is delivered on our Design Template with all the required images files and fonts. If you do not have a designer or agency, utilize our $300 Flat Fee Turnkey Design Service and simply provide us with your images and desired copy. Our Award Winning Designers will involve you directly throughout the design process by sending you Adobe PDF Draft Proof Renderings for review, with varying design suggestion options. The project will only proceed to Production after we have received your formal approval. NOTE: There is a minimum $250 Deposit required on all orders featuring Custom Liner Booklets.
