• Submit our Order Form confirming your organization's interest in utilizing our services.
• Confirmation from the organization receiving the program funding is required. This can be a letter or e-mail.
Choose From Two Approach Processes:
1. Pre-Sell
• Pre-Sell the CDs using descriptive Sell Sheets, Receipt Books, and Collection Envelopes.
• Feature as many Selections you desire.
• No Minimum Orders or Upfront Costs on Pre-Sold Orders.
• Pre-Sell Order Payments are accepted by Credit Card, PayPal, or Money Order, and are due prior to shipment.
• Samples to help sell the program may be purchased for $8 each (inclusive of courier shipment).
NOTE: Orders over 200 CDs will receive a $48 credit note for any Samples that have been purchased.
2. Advance Ship
• Advance Shipped CDs require an order of at least 300 units and receive attractive payment terms.
• Receive 60 Day Final Payment Terms on all Advance Shipped Orders.
• An Order Agreement will be sent to you outling the program's terms and procedures.
• No Risk Return Policy: No excess inventory concerns - simply return what you do not sell (we cover shipping).
• A minimum $100 Deposit is required on Advance Shipped Orders, to confirm the Order Agreement.
• Orders featuring Free Customized Liner Booklets require a minimum $250 Deposit.
• Feature as many titles in your order as desired, providing at least 25 of each Selection is ordered.
• Payments are accepted by Credit Card, PayPal, or Money Order.
• Four page full-color Custom Liner Booklets are Free and available on orders over 500 CD units.
• The CDs are packaged in durable Cardstock Digi-Packs. Double click on the Scrolling Marquee Images to view.
• Fast Delivery: Orders sent within 2 Days; Orders with Custom Liner Booklets require an additional 2 Weeks.
• Free North American Shipping in protective 20-30 unit corrugate boxes.
Describe your organization's community needs, features, or promote your program sponsors with a Customized Liner Booklet. We will provide the required Design Template. Orders over 500 units may feature a four page Customized Full-Color Liner Booklet at no additional charge providing that the artwork is delivered on our Design Template with all the required images files and fonts. If you do not have a designer or agency, utilize our $300 Flat Fee Turnkey Design Service and simply provide us with your images and desired copy. Our Award Winning Designers will involve you directly throughout the design process by sending you Adobe PDF Draft Proof Renderings for review, with varying design suggestion options. The project will only proceed to Production after we have received your formal approval. NOTE: There is a minimum $250 Deposit on all orders featuring Custom Liner Booklets.
